Website development projects include only the features and pages agreed upon at the time of confirmation. Any additional functionality, pages, or revisions beyond the scope will incur additional charges.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content such as text, images, and logos unless otherwise agreed.
3. Digital Marketing & SEO
Digital marketing and SEO results depend on various external factors including competition, search engine algorithms, and market trends. MVK Digital Group does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales results.
SEO typically requires a minimum of 3–6 months to show measurable improvements.
4. Social Media Marketing
Social media services include content posting, engagement strategies, and campaign management. We do not guarantee followers, likes, leads, or sales.
The client is solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content provided.
5. Google Ads & Paid Advertising
Advertising budgets are paid directly by the client and are separate from our service fees unless explicitly mentioned.
MVK Digital Group is not responsible for ad disapprovals or performance issues caused by platform policy changes.
6. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments must be made in advance. Once a service has started, payments are non-refundable.
Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by the client remains their property. Designs, strategies, and materials created by MVK Digital Group become the client’s property only after full payment is received.
8. Limitation of Liability
MVK Digital Group shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
10. Changes to Terms
MVK Digital Group may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
